					<description><![CDATA[Datorita faptului ca imi place foarte mult ciorba dreasa cu zeama de varza dar şi varza acra, în general, de mulţi ani obisnuiesc sa prepar, in special vara, cand varza murata din timpul iernii ne lipseste, varza acra si zeama aferenta. De asemenea, imi place mult varza acra in salate si cred ca o varza calita este mult mai buna daca este din varza murata ci nu din varza proaspata. In plus, de mai bine de doi ani am renuntat sa mai folosesc in bucatarie borsul praf, la plic la fel cum am facut si cu vegeta.]]></description>
